Returns & Refunds Policies

Most of our products are personalized. Naturally, we cannot accept returns on engraved or personalized products, unless there is a manufacturing error, or product defect.


No-Damage Guarantee

If there is anything broken, we would give you the option to either receive a replacement product or a refund for cost of any damaged goods. Please send an email to hello@dyow.com.hk including your order number and a photograph of the damaged item along with a clear description. We can take action to resolve the issue as soon as could. If we need the damaged items return, we will take care of the shipping cost.


Returns

We do not accept returns as each product has been custom made to the customers specification. However, if you have an issue with your order please reach out to hello@dyow.com.hk and we'll happily work with you to find a solution.


Undeliverable and Returned Packages

Packages that were returned to us as undeliverable are not eligible for refunds; we can re-ship the package - standard shipping charges will apply.
